Refund & Return Policy
At Trumpet Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality pet healthcare and wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please email the following to business@trumpetenterprises.in:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Trumpet Enterprises cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or used pet supplements
- Opened pet grooming products
- Opened deworming products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Clearance or promotional sale items (unless damaged or defective)
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the order, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
