At Trumpet Enterprises, we are committed to delivering your pet healthcare products safely, quickly, and efficiently.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across India.

For customers who prefer additional shipment tracking and priority handling, we also offer Tracked Shipping for a nominal fee of ₹60 during checkout.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed on business days are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where applicable).


Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Public holidays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using the tracking information provided via email or SMS (if applicable).

If you experience any issues with your order, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Trumpet Enterprises cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at business@trumpetenterprises.in.

After verifying the shipment with our courier partner, we will either:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment, or

  • Process a refund, where applicable.

This policy does not apply if the delay is caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
